Becoming a mom is a difficult process. There are plenty of questions you don’t have the answer to, but the healow Mom app makes it much easier, with:

• Content: Week-by-week information about your baby’s development

• Access: Have a summary of your prenatal care records

• Care: Shared access to home health monitoring data

• Connection: Stay in contact with your doctor and send messages to Dr. Susan Fox’s Center for Women

• Record: Save special moments and share labor and birth announcements

The healow Mom app lets you connect to our patient portal wherever you are, so you never have to feel that you’re alone during your pregnancy!

Get started with healow Mom app now! Here’s how:

1. Register on the patient portal and create an account. To request a username and temporary password, please contact us at info@obgynmiami.com and we will be able to invite you to login and register.
   1. If you have logged into the portal previously, but you do not remember your username and/or password, you can recover this information using the Can’t access your account? link on the portal.
2. Download the healow Mom app on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
3. Enter the Dr. Susan Fox’s Center for Women code: JHECAA
4. Select our office from the list.
5. Log in with your patient portal details.
6. Then, select a 4-digit PIN.

Now you can have all of your pregnancy education and patient information all in once place, wherever you go!
